How long will it take to receive my order?

Expected delivery times vary depending on the product. As a majority of our items are Built-to-Order, the most accurate delivery times can be seen on the individual product pages under the label "Estimated Delivery". Please note that these estimated delivery times are averaged. Variables like the season, make, model, etc might extend the estimated delivery time.

Am I responsible for customs duties and taxes?

Yes, import duties and/or taxes (for orders shipped to non-U.S. destinations) may be imposed by your local government on shipments from outside your country. These charges are separate from AcmeOutfitter's charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable to your government.

You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government. Please check with your local post office for more information.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, ships to most countries all over the world every day. Please call 1-877-203-4939 for rates or submit a ticket.

How can I check the status of my order?

  • Use the Order Status section of our site.

    1. Click the Order Status link above the top navbar on any web page. Then login if you haven't already done so.

    2. Click submit.

    3. If your order states a "Shipped" status it has left our warehouse. You may trace the package(s) by clicking View Order followed by clicking the Tracking Number on your order page (available for UPS & FedEx only).

How do I calculate my shipping charges?

We have a shipping calculator tool available on our shopping cart page.

  • Flat Rate Shipping Applies to Select Items that Ship via LTL-Freight and Oversized. (Fiberglass Canopies, Mowers; etc.)

  1. Commercial Shipping: Flat Rate Charge of $125 to commercially zoned addresses. (Excluding: School, Farms & Ranches, and Churches)

  2. Residential Shipping: Flat Rate Charge of $300 to non-commercial residential addresses

NOTE: Some items can not be shipped via UPS, due to size and weight restrictions. Some items may also have additional charges. Shipping and handling rates are subject to change without notice

Please read below in regards to LTL - Residential/Limited Access: 

Limited Access: Limited access fees can be assessed on both commercial and non-commercial delivery sites. A flat or per hundred weight charge may apply. Generally speaking, a limited access location is defined as meeting any of the following conditions:

- Not open to the walk-in public during normal business hours.
- Not having personnel readily available to assist with the delivery or pickup function.
- Not having access to loading dock or platform.
- Sites where carriers are delayed with security related inspections and processes prior to freight     tender.

Examples would be private residences, camps, churches, government facilities, farms, schools, prisons, carnivals, mini-storage facilities, nursing homes, outpatient medical facilities and other such locations.

How long do backordered items take to ship?

It depends on the item. Product delivery is sometimes delayed for reasons out of our control. We are constantly monitoring our stock levels and receiving shipments at our distribution centers.

If I have an item shipped by truck freight is the driver responsible for unloading the merchandise?

No, truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments. An additional lift gate charge will be applied to all LTL freight shipments to a residential location. The carrier will call and schedule the delivery when you’ll have unloading help on hand. Please note that this charge can be diverted if you are able to provide us with a commercial shipping address (farms are not considered a commercial shipping address by freight carriers).

If I have more than one item on my order and an item is on back order, do I get charged shipping twice?

Yes, each item is charged shipping when it leaves. However, you are not charged any additional shipping from what was quoted at the time of the order. The shipping cost is pro-rated.

When can a trace be initiated on my shipment?

  • UPS – 10 working days after ship date.

  • Truck Freight – 10 working days after ship date.
