Return & Refund Policy

Before returning merchandise, please note the following:

  • If your merchandise arrive damaged, call the carrier that delivered your package within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Products returned without manufacturing defect must be in either new or like new condition. Products returned in condition other then noted prior to return will not qualify for a full refund. Should a product be returned severely damaged or used, the customer will have the option of having the product returned to them and will be responsible for the cost if shipping back to them. 

  • AcmeOutfitter.com will consider returns within thirty (30) days of purchase. 

  • Refunds are for the cost of product only; shipping and handling charges are not refundable. (This includes the cost of shipping for promotions labeled as 'Free Shipping)

  • AcmeOutfitter.com can not accept returns of “drop shipped” items directly from the factory to you.

  • At AcmeOutfitter.com.'s sole discretion, AcmeOutfitter.com may impose a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee on items returned. Returns of "Factory Shipped" items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The 15% restocking fee applies to the cost of the product plus any shipping and handling charges incurred byAcmeOutfitter.com.

  • Custom made products are Final Sale. If there are special circumstances regarding your order, AcmeOutfitter.com will consider the return based on the details of the order. There is a restocking fee of up to 50%, and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred for initial shipment and return to AcmeOutfitter.com.  

  • AcmeOutfitter.com retains the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned, exchanged or order cancelled. AcmeOutfitter.com thus encourages customers to use caution when placing an order, as once placed the order can not be cancelled, nor the item returned or exchanged unless AcmeOutfitter.com expressly consents.


To return a product, please submit an RMA request by following these simple steps:

1. Log in to your account
2. Under 'Track your Recent Orders', click 'View Details' on the order that the product you would like to return is on.
3. Click 'Add New RMA'
4. Fill out the form as detailed as possible
5. Click 'Save RMA'

We pledge to respond as quickly as possible with your return authorization number and shipping instructions.
